Various hypotheses exist to determine the origin of couscous. But the assumption most often prerogative evokes a unique appearance of this dish in North Africa. Utensils dating from the ninth century and resembling couscousier was indeed found in this region.
THE MAIN COURSE :
Although as a part of the great classics recipes, this couscous with onion confit is relatively a developed recipe due to the preparation of onions confit which gives it a little sweet touch.
YOUR MENU :
Bouchra will propos you to complete this main course recipe by other preparations that accompany a traditional couscous :
- the famous soup harir,
- a Moroccan pancake: beghrir or M'semme,
- a Moroccan pastry,
- and detailed preparation for tea Mint.

The cooking classe is approximately 3 hours of preparation, including the steam cooking of Semolina. It continues by sharing a meal in a Moroccan living room, and in respect of rites and customs of traditional Moroccan meal.

- guide spoken (Arabic French English) in charge of translation and good progress of workshop,
