This pottery training course is quasi-exclusively oriented to manual
activity and allows you to approach the two most common techniques of
shaping practised in Morocco: the turning on the traditional potter's
wheel and the molding.
During these works, you will also discover the workshop's organization and the various activities carried out with.
The practical work concerns the learning of the modelling on the traditional potter's wheel, gesture by gesture, to realize a piece of pottery; then a work around the molding activity with Samira.
The program of your pottery training course inclides:
- about 1h45 of practice, devoted to the learning of the various phases needs to achieve a piece of pottery on the traditional potter's wheel; then the realization of a box and a flat squared by the technique of the moulding;
- explanations and demonstrations concerning the clay activities (kneading ....),the potteries firing and glazing activities.
The following services are included in your pottery training course :
- the presence of a professional experimented professional the whole workshop; the necessary tools, raw materials for your practical work and the protection's equipment (aprons, gloves);
- the presence of a guide in charge of the translation, who will ensure the good progress of the workshop and assist you in a general way;
- the transport from our meeting place toward the workshop by taxi (two-way tickets) ;

Enfin un rêve devenu réalité! depuis toute petite, je me suis toujours pose tous de questions sur le provenance de tous ces produits offerts a nous, des cendriers jusqu'au pot de vase agréablement exposés sur nos tables et aujourd'hui je ne peux qu'être que satisfaite d'avoir en l'immense plaisir de découvrir l'origine de cette terre précieuse que j'ai du travailler à la main et surtout le travail et l'endurance ce que ca implique pour réussir un beau produit.
