Moroccan cooking class : TRIDE - Marrakech

    During this cooking class Bouchra propose to achieve in main course, "tride".


    In addition to this recipe, different preparations that will compose a traditional Moroccan menu:

  • a soup of rice, beans and milk,
  • 2 kinds of Moroccan pastries,
  • the tea min.

    The cooking class is approximately 3 hours of preparation and continues through the meal tasting in a Moroccan living room, and respects the rituals and customs of traditional Moroccan meal tasting.


    The rate includes the following services:

  • utensils and raw materials,
  • guide spoken (Arabic French English) in charge of translation and good progress of workshop,
  • tasting of the realized recipes which will be served to you in the Moroccan salon of your host,
  • 5 sorts of traditional Moroccan spices,
  • 3 recipe cards.
  • The advantages during the workshop: photographing, a present from ateliers d'ailleurs
  • The advantages after the workshop:.emailing your photos, participation certificate, recipe sheets.

Options :

  • supplement for transport from our meeting point (medina or guéliz) : 150dhs/14e (1pers) ; 120dhs/11e (2pers) ; 90dhs/8e (3pers or +), round-trip per personn.

 It was great to be welcomed into the home of a Moroccan family and to prepare and taste delicious dishes made with fresh ingredients. 
The guides were extremely helpful in explaining everything. 
We have had a fantastic experience. highly recomended.

Pour le tride délicieux est un petit mot!!! ce cous fait un très bon cadeau et un bon souvenir pour les grands gourmands, un grand merci à Bochra qui explique la gestuelle culinaire et merci à Simo pour les explications... une approche du Maroc très très intéressante
