Originally, the tagine was always cooked over a wood fire on a majmar sort of barbecue made from clay. For many, this is the cooking method to obtain maximum flavor. This is what we offer as a way of cooking for our cooking classes within the local habitant's home .
In modern kitchens, the tagine can be placed on any type of fire, by interposing a heat diffuser. If you do not have a tagine, the best alternative is to use a cast iron casserole. In all cases, favor a slow cooking over low heat.
THE MAIN COURSE :
By following this mild recipe of fish tagine, learn how to make a Chermoula, basic preparation of Moroccan cooking, that you can reuse in many other recipes.We propose to cook tagine on wood fire to make it more better.
YOUR MENU :
In order to complete your menu, you will prepare the following preparations that will complete a traditional Moroccan menu:
- a rice soup with beans and milk,
- a Moroccan salad - the traditional bread, cooked in a clay pan,
- a traditional dessert: fruit salad, fruit or vegetable juic.

You will spend about 3 hours to prepare various dishes, then you will pursue this course by dinner in a Moroccan living room in respect of rites and customs of traditional Moroccan meal.
The rate includes the following services:
- utensils and raw materials,
- guide spoken (Arabic French English) in charge of translation and good progress of workshop,
- tasting of the realized recipes which will be served to you in the Moroccan salon of your host,
5 sorts of traditional Moroccan spices, - 3 recipe cards available in French or English.

- The advantages after the workshop:.emailing your photos, participation certificate, recipe sheets.
