The tagine is a family friendly meal . For the tasting, the assembly gathered together around the dish which has been placed on a coffee table. Everyone uses the right hand, using a piece of traditional bread. The fingers should takes only the bite chosen without affecting the rest of the meal.
THE MAIN COURSE:
Vegetables are a set of basic food of Berber cuisine, vegetables tagine that Aisha offers is a perfect illustration.
YOUR MENU:
In addition to this dish, you will also realize the Berber's preparations :
- two kinds of developped Berber salads,
- the traditional bread,
- a traditional dessert made from fruit or vegetable juice.

The cooking classes are approximately 3 hours of preparation, and continues with dinner in a Moroccan living room, in respect of rites and customs of traditional Moroccan meal.
During this time, you will be assisted by Loubna , she is Aisha's daughter, student in Marrakech, which will be your accompanist.
Your workshop includes the following:
- the return transportation by an agency of transportation,
- equipment and materials,
- the presence of an accompanying trilingual French, English, Arabic "for the translation and good progress of workshop,
- tasting of the realized recipes which will be served to you in the Moroccan salon of your host,
- 5 sorts of traditional Moroccan spices,
- 3 recipe cards available in French or English.
