      The seed meal is usually stem from  a cereal called "durum wheat", which the seed is crushed. In the Maghreb, it is not uncommon for women to make a traditional meal, from semolina or fine, flour and water which are then pressed and rolled.


      THE MAIN COURSE:

 Badaz Couscous is made from cornmeal and milk. Aisha offers this recipe very common Berber recipe as an entry point for your discovery of that cooking and Berber culture generally.

      YOUR MENU:

You will also participate in the preparation of the following dishes to get a real Berber menu :

- seasonal vegetables soup,

- Berber pancakes "Bouchia",

- dietetic  fruits / vegetables juice,

- detailed preparation for tea.

Moroccan cooking class: COUSCOUS Badaz (cornmeal) - Marrakech

Mintcooking classes are approximately 3 hours of preparation, enough time to realise the menu. You continue by sharing a meal in a Moroccan living room, and in respect of rites and customs of traditional Moroccan meal.

      Your workshop includes the following services :

  • utensils and raw materials,
  • guide spoken (Arabic French English) in charge of translation and good progress of workshop,
  • tasting of the realized recipes which will be served to you in the Moroccan salon of your host,
  • 5 sorts of traditional Moroccan spices,
  • 3 recipe cards available in French or English.
  • The advantages during the workshop: photographing, a present from ateliers d'ailleurs
  • The advantages after the workshop:.emailing your photos, participation certificate, recipe sheets.

Options :

  • supplement for transport from our meeting point (medina or guéliz) : 150dhs/14e (1pers) ; 120dhs/11e (2pers) ; 90dhs/8e (3pers or +), round-trip per personn.
