Habiba cooks since ... very long time. Indeed, as many Moroccan women, she started cooking very young within her family.
Habiba grew up in Marrakech but she spent all her holidays in the mountains south of Marrakech. Throughout this period, she learned with her grandmother the country cooking like tride, couscous with milk or eggs, cooked vegetables on the canoun - and retains a nostalgic memory.
For several years, Habiba is responsible for a riad in the area of Riad Zitoun Kdim and also prepares meals for her customers. For her work in the riad, and the cooking classes she provides, she tries to bring back memories of her childhood recipes.
Habiba loves contact, exchange and her knowledge of Moroccan cook is extensive, both in terms recipes, techniques or food. Do not hesitate to bring a small notebook to your cooking class to write down thousand informations distills throughout the course.
